Contraves

Contraves is a contract electronics manufacturer with a 30 year track record in Malaysia making high tech components for European and USD customers.

PLM was entrusted to manage the design and construction of Contraves’s new 79,000 square feet facility in Cyberjaya. The project scope involved the demolition of internal walls to create larger open plan spaces, partitioning works, all joinery works, plaster ceiling, glazing works, carpet tiles, loose furniture and MEP services.

A key challenge PLM had to overcome in this project was water leakages during the construction period as a result of existing building water tightness and existing open area design. In collaboration with the relevant parties, the PLM team was able to resolve the problem. Including design, the entire project took 5 months to complete.
